Shipments in Italy and abroad are made via courier CORRIERE ESPRESSO

The shipping cost is €6.00, €5.00 for Naples

It is possible to pay on delivery, for Naples without costs
additional, and for the rest of Italy with an additional commission of
€2.00 for Caserta, Avellino, Benevento and Salerno, €3.00 for the rest
of Italy

As required by the laws regulating trade, all
Shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value
of individual items in Euro.

For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped from CHANTALMODASHOP from
Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:30. Orders placed during
the weekend will be managed starting from Monday morning
next.

Orders for items already in stock are shipped on the first
working day following the day on which the order was placed,
subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. The credit card
will be charged on the day of the order.

In all cases CHANTALMODASHOP reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with CHANTALMODASHOP and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.

If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the
shipping or requires the return to the sender of all shipping costs
shipping, charged to CHANTALMODASHOP , will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

There are no monetary refunds on the goods, but a coupon
virtual equivalent spending, if you respect our policies
internal.

Within 4 days of receiving your order you can contact us to request what you want.

IN CASE OF RETURN:

1. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

2. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.The product, packaging and contents of the box must
be returned as new and intact exactly as shipped

4. The product must not have been used but only viewed

5. If the product is returned without respecting the points
1,2,3 and 4 a coupon will be issued for the value of the goods in the amount
partial at our sole discretion based on the conditions of
wear and tear of the product, packaging and contents of the box.

In case of withdrawal, it is necessary to attach inside the package
a letter in which the following must be specified: name and surname, username
(the one from which the purchase was made), telephone number, reason
of the return and date of purchase.

Once the situation has been analyzed, the specified amount will be refunded or, if necessary, a replacement will be made.

The packaging must be prepared in a way suitable for transport
of the same, with the same packaging received or alternatively with a
packaging of similar strength so that the package fits into
warehouse in perfect condition.

Returns of products shipped without packaging or without a protective layer will not be accepted.

Should at least one of the points listed above not be respected, the company CHANTALMODASHOP reserves the right to not accept any return.

ATTENTION

In case of damage to the goods during transport, the CHANTALMODASHOP Company will give
communication to the Customer of the incident (within the working day
following receipt of the goods in their warehouses), for
allow him to promptly file a complaint against the
courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if
insured); in this eventuality, the product will be returned, with
shipping costs charged to the Customer, simultaneously cancelling
the request for withdrawal.

The Company CHANTALMODASHOP is not responsible in
no way for damage or theft/loss of returned goods
with uninsured shipments; upon arrival at the warehouse, the product
will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from
from transport.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND:

Any item to be returned to the customer will be agreed upon with the customer.

NB additional costs may apply if
the customer chooses goods with a higher value. The costs for the
additional shipping, are always paid by the customer.
